“The Final Lap” follows David, a 72-year-old runner attempting his first ultramarathon. 'The Lap' is a 47-mile cross-country race around Lake Windermere in the Lake District. Having battled serious health complications in recent years including heart attacks, asthma, and sleep apnea, David sets out to prove that age and adversity are no barrier to new challenges.
